Cancellation Policy
Price is listed per item. Service times are not guaranteed and are subject to change according to service volume. All online bookings require a card to be kept on file. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. 15 minutes past the scheduled appointment time is considered a NO SHOW and is subject to a fee of 10% of the total cost of the service. Appointments can be canceled up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointment CANCELATIONS within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment times are subject to a cancelation fee of 10% of the total cost of the service.
