Are my submissions insured?

Here at The Medbay Cards & Comics RX (herein referred to as "we", "our", "The Medbay", "The MedbayRX"), we handle each and every collectible with the upmost quality and care to ensure your items maintain their excellence. While in the care of The MedbayRX, items submitted for services are covered by The MedbayRX. Once the item is no longer in our possession, The MedbayRX is relieved of all liability.

 

We do require that coverage is purchased with CGC for all Grading Services. Coverage with CGC is presented to all customers during the submission intake process.

How do I track my service submissions?

The Medbay provides regular updates throughout your submission process. If submitting for Grading services, we provide updates as they are received from the company your item(s) have been submitted to.

What form of payment does The MedbayRX accept?

The MedbayRX accepts all forms of payment, including PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay. Please note, we do require a card on file for all services in the event of any changes made to the service that can affect the final cost. All customers will receive the required Card Authorization Agreement at the time that the appointment is booked. Please see service policies for more details.
