Cancellation Policy
Prices listed are the cost per item. Each submission invoice is charged an additional $5 Handling Fee by CGC that the customer is responsible for. Turnaround times are estimates and subject to change. Turnaround time begins once the submission is received by CGC. CGC Comic Grading Submission has a 49 book submission limit. For 50 books, please use our CGC BULK Comic Grading Submission. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments can be canceled online up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 10% fee. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. If you have not arrived up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a NO SHOW and be subject to a 10% fee. PLEASE NOTE: Once submissions are in transit to CGC, the submission CANNOT be canceled. This is an internal policy of CGC and is out of our control.
