Cancellation Policy
Prices listed are the cost per item. A $5 handling fee will be added to each submission invoice during final checkout. Turnaround times are estimates and subject to change. Turnaround time begins once the submission is received by CGC. CGC Card Grading Submission has a 24 card submission limit. For 25 or more cards, please use our CGC BULK Card Grading Submission. Submitting a collectible already in a holder? Holders are designed to be tamper-evident and extremely difficult to open. Even when careful, damage might still occur, resulting in a lower grade than before. Some items might experience color lift when removed from a holder, resulting in a lower grade than before. Some signatures written with a paint pen might lift off when removed from a holder, resulting in the loss of the signature. Crossover regrade is not guaranteed. It is possible that a collectible might receive a lower grade than before. Shipping to CGC Your FedEx shipments to CGC are not insured by The Medbay Cards & Comics RX, CGC or by FedEx. You assume all risk of loss or damage to collectibles until collectibles are received and inspected by The Medbay Cards & Comics RX and CGC. You are strongly encouraged to procure separate insurance for shipment of collectibles to CGC, such as through www.shipandinsure.com. (The Medbay Cards & Comics RX and CGC are not affiliated with ShipAndInsure.) You are responsible for safely and securely packaging collectibles for shipment to The Medbay Cards & Comics RX. Shipping from CGC CGC will generally ship via FedEx with insurance coverage of up to $100,000 per package procured by CGC. Additional charges may apply for extended or remote service areas, heavier packages, added items, etc. The Medbay Cards & Comics RX and CGC are not responsible for the speed of shipping services. Appointments can be rescheduled up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments can be canceled online up to 1 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled within 1 hour of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 10% fee. PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. If you have not arrived up to 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, you will be considered a NO SHOW and be subject to a 10% fee. PLEASE NOTE: Once submissions are in transit to CGC, the submission CANNOT be canceled. This is an internal policy of CGC and is out of our control.
